Terms & Conditions

Article 1 – Rental Period

The motorcycle is rented exclusively for the agreed rental period. Any unauthorised extension or late return shall be considered unlawful use and may result in additional charges.

Article 2 – Driver Eligibility

The renter declares to be legally competent, at least 18 years of age, and in possession of a valid motorcycle driving licence appropriate for the engine capacity of the rented motorcycle. Non-EU licence holders must also possess a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).

Article 3 – Permitted Use

The motorcycle may only be used on paved public roads within Greece. Off-road riding, racing, competitions, stunt riding, transport of goods, subleasing, or lending the vehicle to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Article 4 – Care of the Vehicle

The renter shall treat the motorcycle with due care and comply with all traffic regulations. Helmet use is mandatory for both rider and passenger at all times.

Article 5 – Casco Damage Waiver (Limited Liability)

The renter is covered by a Casco Damage Waiver (CDW), limiting liability to a maximum excess of EUR 750 per incident.

The CDW does not apply in cases of reckless driving, alcohol or drug use, traffic violations, off-road use, racing, or theft involving negligence or missing keys. In such cases, the renter is fully liable.

Article 6 – Accidents, Damage & Theft

In case of accident, damage, theft, or loss, the renter must immediately notify the police, obtain an official police report, and inform the lessor without delay. Failure to comply results in full liability.

Article 7 – Insurance & Liability

Third-party liability insurance is provided in accordance with Greek law. The renter remains liable for all fines, penalties, and violations incurred during the rental period.

Article 8 – Maintenance & Repairs

Normal wear and tear is borne by the lessor. Damage due to misuse, negligence, or violation of this agreement shall be borne by the renter. Repairs require prior approval unless in an emergency.

Article 9 – Return of the Motorcycle

The motorcycle must be returned on the agreed date and time, with the same fuel level and in substantially the same condition. Late return, missing accessories, excessive dirt, or damage may result in additional charges.

Article 10 – Termination

The lessor may terminate this agreement immediately in case of breach, without refund of rental fees.

Article 11 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.
